Lab: Cheshire home invasion suspects sober during attack

The trial of one of two men charged in the deadly Cheshire home invasion continues this afternoon.

A medical examiner is set to testify about one of the autopsies.

Today, Connecticut lab officials testified in New Haven SuperiorCourt in the trial of Joshua Komisarjevsky. They say blood samples turned up no alcohol or illegal drugs in either Komisarjevsky or his co-defendant, Steven Hayes.

Komisarjevsky blames Hayes for killing the mother and both daughters.

Hayes was convicted and sentenced to death last year.
