Police release surveillance pictures in Stamford robbery

Stamford police have released surveillance pictures in a robbery yesterday morning.

It happened at the Gulf Express on East Main Street.

Police believe one person waited in a getaway car while the other went inside with a gun and demanded cash.

Police say because his face is covered, it may be hard to identify him, but they're hoping residents will take a good look at his clothes and maybe recognize something.

If you have information about the robbery, you are urged to call Stamford Police at 203-977-4444.
