Southwestern Connecticut prepares for nor'easter

Southwestern Connecticut is preparing for a nor'easter tomorrow that could bring several inches of snow to the region.

Residents are being advised to have ice scrapers for car windshields and booster cables in case the battery dies. Snowmelt, shovels and blowers will come in handy if a car gets snowed in.

Trimming leaves is also advised, because if leaves freeze, they can get heavy and bring down branches, resulting in a loss of power. Weather Center Watch News 12 Traffic and Weather
