Norwalk man accused of stealing $265K in watches

A Norwalk man is accused of stealing $265,000 worth of watches from a warehouse.

Police say Cristian Giraldo-Acosta, 32, took more than 500 watches while working for a company that cleaned the warehouse on Woodward Avenue.

Police say the thefts were caught on surveillance video between June and August.

Police say Giraldo-Acosta admitted to the crime and returned 24 watches.
