Police: Man stabbed in Norwalk

Police say a 22-year-old man was stabbed on Woodward Avenue in Norwalk this afternoon.

Officials say the man was near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Sheridan Street, and suffered cuts to his back and stomach. They say the injuries are not life-threatening.

Investigators say the man claims he was attacked by two men wearing sweatshirts and blue jeans.

News 12 Connecticut has learned that police used dogs to track down the suspects, but they were not successful.
