Both sides rest case in Komisarjevsky trial

The prosecution and defense have rested their cases in the death penalty trial of Joshua Komisarjevsky.

The jury is expected to begin deliberations next week to see whether Komisarjevsky should get a life in prison or a death sentence for killing Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters during the Cheshire home invasion in 2007.

His accomplice Steven Hayes is on death row.
