6 months later, cops still seek Bridgeport woman's killer

Friends and family are still looking for answers six months after a Bridgeport woman was killed by a stray bullet.

Officials say 24-year-old Luz Morales was shot while taking a shower at her boyfriend's Wood Avenue home.

Morales' boyfriend, Abimeal Ramos, says the shooting happened during a violent home invasion.

Ramos was arrested on weapons charges, but is free on bond. It's unclear if he's considered a suspect in the case, but police have said his story has changed over time.

Police would not comment on the case today other than to say they are continuing to investigate.
