Daughter to testify in Cheshire sentencing hearing

Jurors deciding whether convicted murderer Joshua Komisarjevsky should live or die will hear videotaped testimony from his 9-year-old daughter.

Defense attorneys fought for the testimony to convince a jury to save their client's life.

A hearing will take place on Thursday to decided if the tape should be played in open court for everyone to hear.

Komisarjevsky faces the death penalty or life in prison for killing Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters in Cheshire.
