Bridgeport police search for tire theft suspects

Police in Bridgeport are searching for whoever stole three tires from a parked car early this morning. Police say the incident happened on Acorn Street at the home of 65-year-old George Cisneros. He says his 2004 Honda Civic had three of its four tires completely removed, and that he had to pay $1,300 to get them replaced. "I know it's got to be a few people who did that because the car is on blocks," he says. Neighbors say another Honda parked down the street had its tires stolen two weeks ago. Cisneros says he has fitted his new tires with locks to prevent future vandalism.
