Powerball ticket worth $254M sold in Fairfield County

Lottery officials say the winning Powerball ticket worth $254 million was sold in Fairfield County, and the owner of a Stamford store says a customer told him he has the winning ticket.Mike Patel, who owns Belltown Superette, tells News 12 Connecticut that a customer came into his store crying today and said that he bought the winning ticket there.Connecticut Lottery officials have not yet confirmed exactly where the ticket was sold.
