Redding schools still closed after storm

The superintendent of schools for Redding and Easton says students will have to make up days lost to last weekend's storm. Superintendent Bernard Josefsberg says Redding students owe eight days to the calendar, and Easton students owe five. He says the entire school schedule needs to be reworked, and that if additional days are lost, spring break is likely to be the first vacation cut short. In a letter sent home to parents, Josefsberg says Easton schools have reopened, and the rest of the district should be reopened by Monday.
