Half of Redding remains without power 3 days after nor'easter

More than half of Redding remains without power three days after the surprise nor'easter.

Many roads are still completely or partially blocked by trees and power lines, making driving conditions very dangerous.

The Redding Police Department reported that at least 14 locations remain where people need to be cut out of their neighborhoods. Authorities say that clearing debris, repairing power lines and restoring power could take at least a week.
