Jailed producer lands job after Letterman extortion

The Norwalk man who admitted trying to extort $2 million from David Letterman has a new job.
Robert "Joe" Halderman is reportedly working as a producer for Investigation Discovery's "On the Case With Paula Zahn."
The former "48 Hours" producer was released from prison last year.
Halderman admitted that he tried to extort money from Letterman in exchange for keeping quiet about Letterman's affairs with female staffers.
