Doctors: Hand sanitizer key to avoiding common cold
Catching the common cold is standard for this time of year, but doctors say there are simple ways to try to prevent it. One key, doctors believe, is using hand sanitizers. Another tip is to try staying at least 6 feet away from people who are sick.
Experts say that once you do get a cold, it is hard to get rid off.
They also advised against believing healthy sleep and orange juice will fight off a cold.
