Holidays can mean inconsistent routines, bad sleep

A Stamford sleep coach and pediatrician is telling parents to make sure there is consistency this holiday season so they don?t encounter sleep problems.

Cate McKee, of Sleepy Time Solutions, says she started her program after her family struggled.

Experts say one in five children have sleep problems and they say there's a chance that can be a sign something is medically wrong.

McKee also says it is important for kids to sleep for the sake of their parents? health.
