Man killed on I-95 in Orange

State police are investigating a deadly accident involving a pedestrian on I-95 in Orange yesterday.

It happened shortly after 5 p.m. at exit 41 on the northbound side.

State police say the victim got out of his car after it broke down in the center lane, then walked across the highway and tried to cross the exit ramp, but was hit by a vehicle.

Police have not released the victim's name.
