Sen. Richard Blumenthal is calling on Congress this week to help homeowners in Connecticut keep warm this winter.
He says lawmakers should reconsider a proposal to cut a billion dollars out of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
Blumenthal says the cuts could force some in our area to make tough decisions.
