Woman accused in fatal crash due in court

The Hartford woman accused of driving drunk and killing a man and a pregnant woman in a fiery crash on I-95 is expected in court today.

Police say Yadira Torres, 26, cut off a tractor trailer, causing the truck to flip and catch fire this month.

Both James Sorto and Kelly Taborda of New Jersey were trapped inside and killed.

There was a question if Torres could be tried for three deaths because one of the victims was pregnant.
