New charges for accused bank robber

There are new charges for a Norwalk man allegedly caught red-handed robbing a bank.

Curtis Tolliver was arraigned in Stamford Superior Court yesterday.

Police say they have DNA evidence linking him to last month's robbery at the New Alliance Bank on Summer Street in Stamford.

They also say there are similarities between that robbery and the one in Norwalk, where a red dye pack allegedly exploded on Tolliver.

Tolliver is currently being held on bond.
