Wilton mailbox thief pleads guilty
A Chinese citizen accused of stealing more than $90,000 in checks from a Wilton mailbox has pleaded guilty.
Police say Joseph Mo Pun Lau used a fake key to open the drop box outside of the post office and steal mail.
Investigators say he would alter the checks and then cash them.
Officials say Lau is in the country illegally and has admitted to committing the same crime in New York.
