Bridgeport launching program for Puerto Rican birth certificates

Bridgeport leaders announced a program yesterday to help Puerto Rican citizens update their birth certificates.

Bridgeport officials say they'll make the process as easy as possible for residents born in Puerto Rico.

The Greater Bridgeport Latino Network says it will hold a birth certificate drive on Oct. 9.
