New poll shows Malloy leading Foley

A new Quinnipiac University poll shows Democrat Dan Malloy leading GOP candidate Tom Foley in the race for governor.

The poll released this morning says 50 percent of likely voters say they plan to back Malloy, the former mayor of Stamford, in November.

Fourty-one percent say they plan to vote for Foley, a Greenwich businessman.
