If you missed the Nov. 1 registration deadline and want to vote, you can still cast your ballot today.

State law has allowed people to sign up to vote on Election Day for the past three years.



Those who want to sign up and vote still need to check online to see where their local registration office is and bring their ID.

In Stamford, the registrars say it is by far the biggest crowd they have ever seen on Election Day. 

They say some people are showing up who are already registered and didn't realize it, so they are asking people to double check before they come down.
