Affordable Care Act signups ongoing despite uncertainty

Connecticut's health insurance exchange says people are still signing up for "Obamacare," even as questions swirl about its future.
President-elect Donald Trump had promised to scrap the program, but now says he might keep popular provisions like guaranteed coverage for people with pre-existing conditions.
The head of Connecticut's insurance exchange says that despite the uncertainty, more than 5,000 people have already signed up for next year.
"The Affordable Care Act is still the law, and Access Health Connecticut is here to help you enroll," says Access Health CT CEO Jim Wadleigh.
The state says the average bill is only going up by $30 a month, and, after a tax subsidy, most people will actually pay a few dollars less than they are now.
