Westport police say they need help looking for a 2-year-old boy who went missing.
They say the boy was last seen with his uncle, who they are also looking for.
A Silver Alert has been put out for Messiah Frazier. Investigators say Messiah was last seen with his biological uncle, Danny Frazier, when the two were dropped off at a barber shop in Norwalk.
They say Frazier then left Messiah alone as he went to a bank, check-cashing store and a cellphone store.
Authorities do not believe Frazier currently has custody of Messiah, and they are deeply concerned.
T hey are asking Frazier or whoever may have Messiah to drop the boy off at a safe place where he can be taken into police custody.
Authorities say Messiah is non verbal and may have some medical issues.
They say Frazier is not fit to take care of the boy, he has a criminal record, has a history of drug use, and may be in possession of a weapon.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Westport Police Department.
