Authorities say the Stamford man charged with hitting and killing a woman with his car is set to be in court today.
Police say Victor Medina-Fajardo crossed over the yellow line on Hope Street and hit and killed Angela Lopez in October of 2014.
They say Lopez was helping her husband put gas in their food truck at the time.
Medina-Fajardo has pleaded not guilty to a charge of misconduct with a motor vehicle.
