Clarkstown reportedly files 19 new charges against police chief

The Town of Clarkstown is reportedly filing more than a dozen new charges against its embattled police chief.

The 19 new charges against Chief Michael Sullivan range from misconduct to incompetence, and reportedly have to do with claims that he deleted content on his iPhone when he was first suspended in July.

The charges are in addition to the 22 already filed against the 33-year police veteran.

Chief Sullivan has denied the previous charges against him.
