Discrimination suit against BOE by ex-Bridgeport principal dismissed
A Superior Court judge has reportedly dismissed the discrimination lawsuit filed by a former Bridgeport school principal against the Board of Education.
Carmen Perez-Dickson was caught on video dragging several children through the hallways at Jettie Tisdale School where she was principal back in November of 2013.
The Board of Education then suspended Perez-Dickson without pay for six months.
The Connecticut Post now reports the lawsuit filed by Perez-Dickson has been tossed out, after the judge ruled that the issue had already been decided by a federal court.
