Arrest made after shots fired in Norwalk
A man is being held on $50,000 bond after police say he opened fire on a Norwalk street.
Police say Jonas Labaze, 19, was identified by witnesses shortly after the shooting last night.
They say Labaze fired eight shots near the corner of Woodward Avenue and Sheridan Street.
Police say two vehicles were hit and a family with a small child was inside one of them.
No one was hurt.
