Crews cleaning up after last night's storm

Some residents in Redding remain without power this evening, waiting for crews to finish repairing downed power lines.
The rain and wind last night dealt Redding another blow. Two-thirds of the town lost power, but utility workers had most of it restored by this morning.
An electrical fire erupted in the road on Peaceable Street when power lines came down. The intense fire left the pavement charred and warped.
Redding Police Chief Doug Fuchs says emergency crews were prepared for the damage and said it feels like there's a bull's-eye on Redding after being badly hit by last summer's tropical storms.
