Rowayton golfer competing in US Open

It is another big day for a local golfer on the nation's biggest golf stage.
Cameron Wilson,19, is from Rowayton and graduated from St. Lukes in New Canaan. He is playing in his first US Open.
Wilson is a sophomore at Stanford University and one of the top amateur golfers in the country.
He shot a 77 on Thursday at the opening round at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
He is plus seven for the tournament, and with the leader at four under, Wilson needs to have a great round today to try to make the cut for the weekend.
