Darien burglary suspect due in court

Darien police say a New York man is headed to court today for several burglaries in town.

Police got a call from a Queens Lane resident just after 11 a.m. yesterday.

They say when she confronted the burglar, he ran away.

Police say they were then approached by another homeowner from nearby Goodwives River Road who reported a burglary in her home a short time earlier.

The say Jackson admitted to the two crimes, as well as another burglary on May 15.
