Fairfield police help in marijuana arrests

Fairfield police say they have taken three major drug dealers off the streets.
The department says a joint investigation with law enforcement agencies in Plainville and Southington led to the arrests, along with the seizure of 40 pounds of marijuana and $24,000.
Among the arrested suspects is 27-year-old Skyler Arnold, of Fairfield, who police say is a convicted drug dealer.
Authorities yesterday raided the home of Arnold's two alleged suppliers in Plainville, where they took Arnold, Jonathan Temporale and Steven Karlczuk into custody.
Police say they plan to make several more arrests in the Fairfield area over the next few days.
Arnold is being held without bond for violating parole.
