Stamford residents say they are growing impatient with a local construction project and its resulting traffic. The $3 billion revitalization of Harbor Point includes the construction of 6 million square feet of residential business space and a marina. City officials say the construction and necessary road work are nearly complete, but motorists are complaining about the hamper it puts on their commutes. Developers have yet to specify a completion date.
