Police identify man found shot to death in Norwalk
Norwalk police have identified the man found shot to death near Norwalk Hospital early this morning.
They say the body of 21-year-old Wyclif Bel-Jean was discovered at Woodbury Avenue and Stevens Street after midnight.
Police say they believe his body may have been dumped there.
Norwalk and Stamford police say they're looking into the possibility that this latest murder is connected with one that happened over the weekend, when 21-year-old Darius Jones was shot to death on Custer Street in Stamford.
Investigators say there were reports of shots fired on Stamford's streets last night, leading them to wonder if this latest shooting happened there and the body was later dumped in Norwalk.
