New Norwalk police chief sworn in

The Norwalk police department got a new chief today.

Acting Chief Thomas Kulhawik was sworn in by Mayor Dick Moccia at City Hall this afternoon.

Former Chief Harry Rilling retired last month after decades of service.

Kulhawik says he wants to get settled into his new position, then review the department and see if any changes need to be made. To watch the entire inauguration ceremony, click on iO Extra on Channel 612.
