The operator of the boat that capsized off Long Island last night blames the tragic event on a rogue wave.
Three children were killed in the capsizing. Emergency crews rescued 24 people from the water.
The Coast Guard in New Haven assisted in the rescue and recovery efforts.
Investigators in Nassau County, N.Y. say they are working to get Candi One back on shore.
