Crews spent Saturday drying up what remained of the hundreds of gallons of rainwater that flooded parts of the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall yesterday. Officials say the mall's upper level opened today, and they hope to reopen the lower level by tomorrow at 11 a.m. Yesterday's storm left more than 4 feet of floodwater in some parts of Milford. A United Illuminating spokesperson says bad weather knocked out power to more than 1,600 customers yesterday, including 189 in Milford. The company representative says all Milford outages have since been restored.
