Arrest made in Norwalk suspicious incident
Norwalk police say they have charged the man seen touching a young girl inappropriately at a Dunkin' Donuts yesterday on Westport Avenue.
Police say Manuel Infante, 38, saw the 14-year-old girl walking on County Street, stopped to talk to her and then gave her a ride to the coffee shop where he allegedly kissed her cheek and touched her leg.
Infante has been charged with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.
Investigators say Infante waved at the girl, and because the girl thought she knew him, she got into his car.
The judge ordered Infante's bond set to $15,000, and that he not have any contact with the girl or her family.
