Norwalk police investigate 'suspicious' incident at Dunkin' Donuts

Norwalk police say they are investigating a suspicious incident involving a juvenile and an older man at a Dunkin' Donuts.

Authorities say the incident took place at the store on Westport Avenue at around 10:30 a.m. Monday morning. Police say they have the man in question in custody tonight.

Management who spoke with News 12 Connecticut described the incident in question as 'inappropriate.'

While police aren't sure exactly what occurred, management says the older man approached the juvenile from behind before leaving alone.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing. Norwalk police is asking anyone with information to call them at 203-854-3111.
