Firefighters in Stamford held a ceremony this morning to honor the victims of Sept. 11. The ceremony was held in front of Station 5 on Washington Boulevard, near a 9/11 memorial that the firefighters built themselves. Fire officials say that they plan to make the ceremony at Station 5 an annual memorial service.
