Worker shocked by transformer in 'satisfactory condition'
Officials say the worker who was shocked by an underground transformer in Bridgeport is in satisfactory condition. Company officials say Alfred Cook, a United Illuminating worker, was working on Main Street on Friday when the incident occurred. They also say another worker performed CPR on Cook until the paramedics reached the scene.
