A man from Orange was critically hurt while leaving Sunday's Giants game.
New Jersey state police say David Chupcavich, 42, flipped over the side of an escalator and fell 21 feet onto a metal stage at MetLife Stadium.
A hospital spokeswoman says his family does not want his condition to be released.
Police are looking for witnesses who saw the fall.
