Police: Woman arrested after shalom sign complaint

Police say 47-year-old Kathleen Bothfeld has been arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after demanding that her neighbor's "shalom" sign be removed from her condo on Hale Lane.Police say that there is no evidence that Bothfeld's screaming was anti-Semitic, regardless of the fact that "shalom" is the Hebrew word for peace.Bothfeld's warrant says that she was released on a promise to appear in court next week.
