Stamford police say one of their own is in the hospital after being pushed by a teenager.
They say several officers were trying to take a 14-year-old boy into custody yesterday when he took off.
They say when one officer caught up with him, the boy shoved him and he fell to the ground injuring his head and shoulder.
The teen was arrested shortly afterward.
