A man who police say was shot by a Milford homeowner during a break-in has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Benjamin Prue, 25, was in court yesterday.
Police say Prue was naked when he tried to rob the home on Point Lookout in July.
The 67-year-old homeowner who shot Prue was not charged.
