Verdict expected by end of week in Leconte murder trial

A lawyer close to the case says a jury is expected to reach a verdict by the end of the week in the Alain Leconte murder trial.

Alain Leconte is accused of killing a Norwalk gas station attendant in 2009 during a robbery.

Leconte allegedly shot Jose Juaquin Morales execution-style at the Shell gas station on West Avenue after ordering Morales to open the register.
