1 dead, 1 critical after Greenwich house fire

A man is dead and his elderly mother is in critical condition following a house fire this morning in Greenwich.

Officials say the fire at 2 MacArthur Ave. appears to have been intentionally set.

Authorities say that 42-year-old Dean Verboven was killed in the fire and his mother, 69-year-old Barbara Verboven, was taken to Bridgeport Hospital's burn unit for her injuries.
