Bridgeport residents gathered tonight to help the city's homeless population.
A community group, known as "A Better Bridgeport," handed out food, drinks and jackets at McLevy Green as cold weather sits over the area.
A Thanksgiving celebration will also be held for the homeless this Monday at the Joseph's Coat of Many Colors community center.
