Greenwich man credits SoulCycle with changing his life
A Greenwich man credits a cycling studio with changing his life and now he hopes to help others do the same.
Conor Kelly says he was living in Los Angeles three years ago and had just emerged from a substance abuse rehab program when he stumbled into his first SoulCycle class.
He says those 45 minutes of blasting music and pedaling at a frenetic pace changed his life.
Now 30 pounds lighter and an instructor at SoulCycle in Greenwich, Kelly sells out more than 20 classes a week.
He encourages his riders to leave every worry, care and concern outside the studio doors and be better today than they were yesterday.
